Parts procurement — the person who keeps the right Sub-Zero compressor, LG control board, and Whirlpool drum belt on the right truck the night before.
Background
Parts is where appliance service either works or fails. Berne procurement maintains relationships with Marcone, Reliable Parts, and OEM distributors (Sub-Zero, Wolf, LG, Samsung) so that next-day part availability stops being a customer-facing problem.
What this role covers
Daily parts pull for the next day's dispatch board, OEM distributor coordination, MSA World parts-program management, urgent overnight sourcing for premium-brand emergencies, and the warranty-parts paperwork that keeps OEM coverage in play.
